Rent is due on or before the first of each month.
Per your lease agreement, 60 days written notice (signed by all tenants) from the first of the month is required. You are responsible of paying rent during the 60 day notice period. Example if you want to move out on May 1st you must give notice via March 1st. If you give notice after March 1st say on March 10th you would be responsible for rent up to June 1st – 60 days from April 1st the first of the next month. 60 days notice is required even if your lease is expiring because lease automatically goes month to month is you don’t give notice. Questions contact your landlord.
Yes, all vehicles must be moved out of parking lots during snow removal operations. Vehicles left in the lot can be towed at vehicle owners expense. A text notification system is used to alert tenants of snow removal operations on the property. Please make sure landlord always has your most current cell phone number.
